Butters and Oils
We supply butter ghee, vegetable ghee, and vegetable oil.
Butter ghee is a healthy dairy fat, created from regular butter but is heated to remove any remaining water and caramelised milk solids. The concentrated fat is perfect for sautéing, frying, or roasting meats and fish.
Unlike butter ghee, vegetable ghee is made from hardened vegetable oil that contains no dairy ingredients. It has a very high smoke point, which is ideal for high temperature cooking, like frying or roasting plant-based and meat products, for example.
